KNOXVILLE, Tenn — South-Doyle High School announced they have hired a new football head coach.
Larry Headrick will step in as the leader of the program less than a month after former head coach Paul Shelton stepped down. Headrick has Associate Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator experience with Fulton High School and The King's Academy.
The program announced there will be a meeting with returning football players on Thursday at 3 p.m. in the team room of the field house.
