City of Knoxville closes mountain biking trails

Multiuse trails and trailheads are still open for passive use only.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — In a further effort to stop the spread of COVID-19, the city of Knoxville has closed all directional downhill mountain biking trails.

The closed trails include

Baker Creek Preserve

  • Devil's Racetrack
  • Barn Burner
  • Cruze Valley Run

Marie Meyers

  • Party in the Woods
  • Plan B
  • Giddy Up
  • Ripcord

Sharp's Ridge

  • Knight Fall
