Autopsy report for body believed to be Evelyn Boswell to be sealed

The district attorney said the results will not be released to the public, saying it's due to the large publicity surrounding the case.

SULLIVAN COUNTY, Tenn. — Sullivan County District Attorney Barry Staubus said the results of the autopsy report of remains believed to be baby Evelyn Boswell will be sealed. 

Staubus said it's due to the publicity surrounding the case.

Those remains were found in a outbuilding Friday night on property in Blountville, TN belonging to a family member.

Evelyn’s mother Megan “Maggie” Boswell was charged with false reporting in February. She is currently being held on $150,000 bond.
