LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. — Laurel County Sheriff's deputies arrested a suspect in a drive-by shooting in London from earlier in October.

A press release from the sheriff's office said Kristin Baker, 39, was arrested Monday at 5:15 p.m. on Locust Grove Road.

According to sheriff's deputies, Baker was arrested in connection to a drive-by shooting off North Laurel Road on Oct. 13. Officials said the suspect fired a shot and struck a passing car. Deputies said no one was injured.

The Laurel County Sheriff's Office completed its investigation and got an arrest warrant for Baker.

Law enforcement originally said they were looking for two suspects who are reportedly cousins. Deputies said they are still searching for a second suspect.

Baker is charged on a Laurel District Court complaint warrant of arrest for wanton endangerment and criminal mischief.

He is being held in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
