KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Knoxville Police is investigating after two men were shot at a home in East Knoxville early Friday morning.
At around 4 a.m., KPD responded to the 1600 block of Henrietta Avenue. After arriving on the scene, officers found two men who had been shot. The victims were taken to UT Medical Center with serious injuries, KPD said.
KPD believes the shooting happened after a dispute over a card game.
There is no evidence at this time that indicates the shooting is connected to the shooting on Gilbert Lane.
