Smoke is dying as crews continue to battle North Knoxville fire
Crews were still fighting a massive fire at the Fort Loudon Waste and Recycling Center in North Knoxville on Thursday afternoon. The Knoxville Fire Department says the fire is contained, but that does not mean it is under control.
