KPD: 20-year-old motorcyclist killed, marking fourth fatal Knoxville motorcycle wreck in the last 10 days
The man was reportedly speeding when he hit a pickup truck turning onto Western Avenue around 8:15 p.m. on Thursday, the Knoxville Police Dept. said.
