Febb Burn's 1920 voter registration card. Febb's son, TN State Rep. Harry T. Burn changed his vote after receiving and letter from her asking him to vote for suffrage and the 19th Amendment was ratified. In 1920, over 900 McMinn County women registered to vote for the first time ever. Febb had voter card No. 1 for McMinn County.
