(KNOXVILLE) She's loved weather all her life, and now she's bringing her passion for forecasting to East Tennessee!
The folks at WBIR are so happy to introduce new meteorologist Cassie Nall to the area. She will join our Saturday and Sunday evening anchor team, and also report for various newscasts during the week.
Her debut will be Saturday, April 2.
Cassie was born and raised in Florida, and loved tracking tropical weather even as a child! She honed her skills at Florida State University then while working for the Florida Division of Emergency Management.
She's spent the last few years at a small 24-hour television station in Sarasota, Fla., doing everything from covering summertime thunderstorms to tracking tropical systems and tornadoes.
She's looking forward to learning the ins and outs of East Tennessee's unique weather patterns!
