JEFFERSON COUNTY, Tennessee — The Jefferson County Emergency Management Agency announced a water distribution site for those affected by the water outage.
According to a release from JCEMA, the water distribution site in Dandridge is for those in the Swannsylvania area.
Residents in that area receive their water from Newport Utilities. As Hurricane Helene flood damage cleanup continues, Newport Utilities has advised those to boil water until they restore their services.
JCEMA said the distribution point is at 2815 Orchard Road. Residents can access the site on Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
