COCKE COUNTY, Tenn. — East Tennessee continues to recover nearly two weeks after Helene left widespread damage in Cocke County and other parts of the area.

As the recovery efforts continue, we want to hear from East Tennesseans impacted by Helene. Please take our survey below, and we will bring your questions and answers to state and federal authorities overseeing damage recovery efforts in the area during a roundtable session on Tuesday, Oct. 15.

WBIR is also working to verify claims and combat misinformation circulating around federal and state relief efforts, including accusations of insufficient assistance on the ground and inadequate or misused federal funding.

10News will air the roundtable with the TBI, FBI, and other agencies live starting at 5:30 p.m. on Channel 10 and on our Roku/Amazon Fire/Apple TV+ streaming service, WBIR 10+.
