ROANE COUNTY, Tenn. — Westbound lanes are closed on Interstate 40 in Roane County due to a tractor-trailer fire, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
TDOT reported the fire near the Roane/Cumberland County line at MM 340. They said traffic is exiting at the Airport Road ramp and returning to I-40 West.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
