The Tennessee Department of Transportation said Wednesday all lanes of Tennessee State Route 33 are back open in Claiborne County after a traffic crash.
A Tennessee Highway Patrol report said authorities took 24-year-old Michelle Segal, and a 78-year-old man to the University of Tennessee Medical Center for treatment.
A spokesperson with the UT Medical Center said the 78-year-old man was discharged, but was unsure of Segal's status.
The report said Segal crossed the center line in a curve on South Route 33 near Molly Hollow Road, and side swiped the 78-year-old man driving a Volvo truck carrying logs.
TDOT spokesperson Mark Nagi said the log truck overturned.
The southbound lanes of Tennessee State Route 33 were closed for a few hours Wednesday morning due to the crash.
All lanes back open, SR 33 in Claiborne County.
