SWEETWATER, Tenn. — The Tennessee Highway Patrol said it was investigating a crash that closed I-75 North near Sweetwater, just north of the SR 68 interchange, Saturday afternoon.
They said that two vehicles were involved in the crash and that injuries were reported. One vehicle rolled over into the median, according to officials. The crash led to the Tennessee Department of Transportation closing I-75 North around 5:45 p.m. Saturday.
All lanes were back open a half-hour later.
They said that one person was sent to the University of Tennessee Medical Center as a result of the crash. All other people involved only had minor injuries or none at all, officials said.
