KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — a multi-vehicle crash is blocking 2 lanes of traffic on I-40 West near Papermill Drive, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
TDOT said the wreck was reported at 4:33 p.m. at Mile Marker 382, with traffic backed up to around Mile Marker 383.4 as of about 4:50 p.m.
