A multi-vehicle crash closed two westbound lanes of Interstate 640 Tuesday night, near Middlebrook Pike.
The Tennessee Department of Transportation said the crash was reported at around 6:04 p.m. Eastern Time. It also said it blocked traffic on the interstate to near Western Avenue.
