KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — According to the Knoxville Fire Department, there has been a "significant" wreck on I-40 West at Cedar Bluff Road, with the department urging those in the area to take alternate routes such as Kingston Pike or Middlebrook Pike.
The wreck was reported around 6:36 p.m. with only one lane open as of 7:15 p.m., according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
