SEYMOUR, Tenn. — A disabled vehicle on Chapman Highway Monday afternoon blocked southbound traffic before it reached Seymour, according to the state transportation department.
The Tennessee Department of Transportation said the disabled vehicle was reported at around 4:33 p.m. Eastern Time, near Burnett Station Road. Traffic was backed up on Chapman Highway to East Hendron Chapel Road.
