LENOIR CITY, Tenn. — Interstate 75 southbound is completely shut down Tuesday after a multi-vehicle wreck involving injury and entrapment, according to the Loudon County Sheriff's Office.
The interstate was previously down to one lane due to the wreck, and has now been completely shut down. Officials say the closure will be in place for around 20 minutes.
First responders from the Loudon County Sheriff's Office, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Loudon County Fire/Rescue, Loudon Fire Department, and Priority Ambulance, are currently on scene, LCSO said.
