KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Knoxville Utilities Board announced a traffic notice Sunday evening.
They said both westbound lanes on Western Avenue at Middlebrook Pike are closed due to water main repairs. The closure is expected to last through the Monday morning on Oct. 9.
