The Henley Street Bridge was temporarily closed in both directions this morning due to an individual threatening to jump from the bridge, according to the Knoxville Police Department.
Officials were able to talk the person back to safety and they are now being evaluated by AMR, KPD says.
KPD says the bridge will reopen shortly.
