CAMPBELL COUNTY, Tenn. — All lanes of I-75 North is reopened after a multi-vehicle crash involving a commercial vehicle just north of the Kentucky state line shut it down, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
Officials said traffic is still backed up for several miles into Campbell County.
