LOUDON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Loudon County Sheriff's Office are investigating a deadly wreck Thursday on I-75 North near the I-40 split.
As of 11:51 a.m., the right shoulder on I-75 North reopened.
The wreck happened around 10:40 a.m. near mile marker 80, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
Loudon County Fire and Rescue, the Lenoir City Fire Department, the Tennessee Highway Patrol, TDOT, Priority Ambulance and AMR responded to the scene, the sheriff's office said.
