JELLICO, Tenn. — The Tennessee Department of Transportation said that all lanes of I-75 North were temporarily closed in Campbell County, towards Jellico and the Kentucky state line after a vehicle overturned. The lanes were later reopened.
They said that the overturned vehicle was reported at around 11:08 p.m. and said that congestion was backed up towards Rock Quarry Road.
