KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A wreck on I-40 West is causing traffic delays Thursday morning.
The wreck happened around 7:49 a.m. on I-40 West at MM387, near the 17th Street exit.
TDOT Spokesperson Mark Nagi said the left two lanes were closed. He also asked the public to use caution in the area.
