KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. — Interstate 40 West on Asheville Highway in Knox County is closed at this time due to a crash involving a tractor-trailer, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
The crash was reported around 11:20 a.m. Traffic is backed up for several miles as a result.
Traffic is being diverted at Exit 349. This is a developing story.
