KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A crash on I-40 East blocked two lanes of traffic near the Papermill Drive exit Monday night, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
The department said the crash was reported at around 9:12 p.m. EDT. It also said the left shoulder was blocked. Despite the crash, traffic appeared to still be flowing in the area with a brief delay in the area immediately surrounding it.
