SEYMOUR, Tenn. — Traffic is moving slowly on Chapman Highway near Seymour after a crash on Monday morning.
According to the Seymour Volunteer Fire Department, crews responded to a crash on Chapman Highway near Tittsworth Spring Road just south of Seymour.
Traffic was backed up to Litton Drive on the northbound side as of 9:30 a.m. Crews said lanes had to be closed on both sides of the highway.
