KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A "serious" multi-vehicle wreck on I-75 South has closed the road near Mile Marker 113, according to Rural Metro Fire and the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
The wreck was reported by TDOT at around 9:32 a.m. EDT, with southbound traffic being backed up near Brushy Valley Road around 10:45 a.m. EDT.
"Please consider alternate routes into Knoxville," Rural Metro said.
According to TDOT, one southbound lane Is back open around 10:50 a.m. EDT.
