KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — On Friday, Tennessee defensive lineman Tyler Baron entered the NCAA transfer portal after spending four seasons with the Vols.
He finished the 2023 regular season with 10.5 TFLs and six total sacks. In his Tennessee career, the 6'5" senior had 101 tackles, 27 TFLs, and 13.5 sacks.
Baron entered the portal at the end of last season but decided to return shortly after announcing his initial decision to leave.
Baron is a graduate of Knoxville Catholic High School.
