KNOXVILLE, Tenn — Tennessee football has moved up to No. 13 in the latest College Football Playoff rankings.

The Vols were No. 17 in the initial rankings that came out last Tuesday.

UT is coming off a 59-3 win against UConn on homecoming last Saturday, improving their record to 7-2 overall. Next, UT gets back into SEC play, as they take on No. 14 Missouri who lost to No. 2 Georgia 30-21 on the road.

That game is a road contest for the Vols and kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m.

If Tennessee wants any chance of winning the SEC title, they will need Georgia to lose to No. 9 Ole Miss and UT will need to beat Missouri.
