'We are the champions!' || Dolly Parton feeling the Olympic spirit, cheering on athletes competing in the Summer Games

PARIS, France — Dolly Parton is feeling the Olympic spirit! 

The Smoky Mountain Song Bird posted on social media her singing Queen's "We Are the Champions" as a way to cheer on the athletes competing in the Olympics.

"Can't wait to cheer everyone on, you are all champions," she said in her post.

The 2024 Paris Olympic Games will run from July 26 to Aug. 11.

The City of Light will kick off the Olympics with an Opening Ceremony on Friday at 1:30 p.m. EST.  VFL Peyton Manning, singer Kelly Clarkson and sportscaster Mike Tirico will host the Opening Ceremony.

The trio will be at the Trocadero with views of the Seine River and the Eiffel Tower as thousands of athletes sail along the river at sunset in Paris.

NBC and Peacock will have live coverage of the event starting at noon Eastern.
