MADISON, Wis. — No. 9 Tennessee stayed undefeated in the young season with an 80-70 road win over Wisconsin on Friday night.
UT began pulling away in the second half when they got up by double-digits, leading 68-58 following a Jonas Aidoo layup. Dalton Knecht hit timely shots throughout the game and led the Vols with 24 points on 8 of 15 shooting.
There wasn't a lead change in the game. The Vols shot 50 percent from the field.
UT plays next against Wofford on Nov. 14 in the Food City Center. Tipoff is set for 6:30 p.m.
