KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee football's 2025 schedule officially took shape on Wednesday night when the SEC revealed the Vols' conference opponents for next season.
The Vols will kick off the conference slate hosting Georgia in week three on Saturday, Sept. 13. That matchup will be the earliest the two teams will play each other since 1995. The Vols will also be home to host Arkansas (10/11), Oklahoma (11/1) and Vanderbilt (11/29) in SEC play next season.
Tennessee goes on the road against Mississippi State (9/27), Alabama (10/18), Kentucky (10/25) and Florida (11/22) next season during the SEC slate.
Tennessee will kick off the schedule by taking on Syracuse at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Saturday, Aug. 30. The Vols non-conference schedule features home games against ETSU, UAB and New Mexico State.
The Vols will have open dates on Oct. 4 and Nov. 8.

The SEC Championship game will be played at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Saturday, Dec. 6.
