KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Hardin Valley Academy football has hired Tyler Wynn as its new head coach.
Wynn is a Carson-Newman graduate, where he played both football and baseball. He has spent the last 15 years coaching at both the high school and collegiate level in various spots in Georgia, as well as Florida.
He comes to HVA following a stint as the offensive coordinator at Valdosta High School. He was previously the offensive coordinator at Warner University in Florida, and before that served as the head coach at River Ridge High School (2015-18) and Greeneville High School (2019-21) in Georgia.
Wynn replaces former HVA head coach Jeff Miner, who resigned after two years as the Hawks' head coach.
