High School Football: Highlights for the 1st round of playoffs in East Tennessee

The regular season has wrapped up, but now several East Tennessee high school football teams are in the playoffs.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The regular season of high school football wrapped up on Nov. 1, when teams faced off for the final time, hoping to find a spot in the playoffs.

Now, several East Tennessee teams are vying to take home a state championship. The first round of the playoffs mostly kicks off at around 7 p.m. and the tournament will continue until early December, when the final teams face off in the final matchups of the year.
