KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The University of Tennessee's athletics director said on social media the university would host a watch party for its upcoming matchup against Alabama.

Danny White said on social media that the "Vol Village watch party's a go," replying to a post that asked to bring it back. The watch party was previously hosted outside Neyland Stadium, near the university's Humanities and Social Sciences building, giving people who could not get a ticket to watch the game inside the stadium a chance to still experience a matchup with fellow fans.

White said on social media that more information about the watch party would be released later.

The university also said it plans to "Orange Out" the stadium for the game, encouraging fans to dress in orange and cheer for Tennessee during its matchup against Alabama. The 11th-ranked Vols will play against seventh-ranked Alabama on Saturday, kicking off at 3:30 p.m.
