(WBIR-KNOXVILLE) The Vols will open their SEC season with a must-win game in the Swamp against rival Florida.

The SEC announced Monday that the Tennessee/Florida game on September 26 will air on CBS at 3:30 pm.

Despite the double-overtime loss to Oklahoma last weekend, many analysts believe the Vols have a real shot at an SEC East title, and that quest would start with a win over Florida, who have a new head coach.

Tennessee hasn't defeated Florida since 2004. Last year, the Vols seemed ready to break that decade-long losing streak, but the Gators rallied back at the end of the game to defeat Tennessee at home 10-9.
