KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee left tackle John Campbell Jr. will be returning to Tennessee next season, per the team.
Campbell started in nine games at left tackle this season, and as soon as game one after transferring from Miami.
Campbell made a name for himself immediately in the first game against Virginia, while blocking a defender out of the back of the endzone that helped the Vols score a touchdown.
Next year will be his final year of eligibility.
Campbell Jr. and the Vols will play in the Citrus Bowl on New Year's Day in Orlando. This will be the Vols sixth appearance in the bowl game.
