It's been about three weeks since legendary basketball coach Pat Summitt passed away in late June. Her presence is still felt in the basketball community, but especially in the city of Knoxville.
After a Celebration of Life Service on July 14th, one Lady Vol great decided to honor Summitt in another way.
"Can't lie... This year has been tough... But from now on I carry 'you' with me... As well as your lessons," said Candace Parker in a Facebook post Sunday afternoon.
In the post, Parker shows a new tattoo with one of Summitt's many phrases: "Left foot, right foot, breathe, repeat."
Parker would finish her post with, "Thanks Coach. I love you and I know you hated tattoos, but I feel like you would approve of this one."
