(WBIR - KNOXVILLE) A major announcement is expected Wednesday involving Pilot Flying J and Knox County Schools.
Athletic officials close to the decision tell 10News it involves funding for new turf football fields for Knox County high schools.
Few details have been released ahead of the formal announcement.
It's unclear when each of the 13 high schools would receive the field improvements.
Pilot Flying J Communications Manager Anne LeZotte said "the announcement is coming tomorrow."
