(WBIR) The trial for a former Marine accused of killing an Oak Ridge woman who was living in California is being moved.
Christopher Lee is charged with the 2014 murder of Erin Corwin.
Prosecutors say after killing her, Lee dumped Corwin's body in a mind shaft in the Joshua Tree National Park.
Authorities say the two had carried on an affair while Corwin was a young newlywed with a husband based at Twentynine Palms, Calif.
Court documents show Lee's trial will be moved from Joshua Tree to San Bernardino, California.
The move comes after two judges in Joshua Tree, California were disqualified from the case.
