UPDATE: The TBI says 1-year-old Madalynn Pearson has been found safely.
Officials say 28-year-old Brooke Hayes is now in custody and facing aggravated kidnapping charges.
TBI had issued an AMBER alert for the missing toddler from Kingsport Sunday afternoon.
Pearson was seen with Hayes at a Kingsport Walmart around 3 a.m. Sunday, according to authorities.
TBI says it appreciates the public's help in finding Pearson.
