FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. — A Fort Campbell soldier died after a crash during a training exercise on Thursday morning.
A second soldier was also injured in the crash, which occurred around 2:30 a.m. in a Fort Campbell training area according to the 101st Airborne Division's public affairs staff. They said the injured solider is in stable condition.
The crash is under investigation by the 101st Airborne Division. The name of the soldier who died was not released at this time.
