16 ounces pasta, cooked
10 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed, and squeezed very dry
1(12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, chopped
1/2 small red onion, diced
6 scallions, diced
3/4 cup Italian dressing
3/4 cup ranch dressing
Feta for garnish
Combine all ingredients. Stir gently until combined. Sprinkle with feta. Cover and chill until serving.
