Police are looking for the brave souls who flipped a crashed SUV and rescued the trapped driver, following a crash in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
The heroic act, which was captured on a police dash cam March 14, shows a Honda CR-V on its side, burning. Two plain-clothed men spray fire extinguishers toward the flames, one man jumped on top of the vehicle.
The men, along with a group of others, assist police in flipping over the SUV. At least four people step back after pushing the SUV upright, while another helps an officer drag a man away from the smoldering scene. Police said the men were faculty members of the nearby school.
The video was released in an effort to identify the good samaritans and thank them for their "compassionate and heroic actions," the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department said on Facebook.
Police said the driver lost control of his vehicle, struck a center median, crossed into eastbound lanes, went airborne into a parking lot, striking several parked cars and ultimately, flipping.
Without the help of these unknown individuals, police said the crash could have ended tragically.
