UNION COUNTY, Tenn. — An early morning crash on State Road 33 in Union County left one person dead on Sunday.
Authorities identified Christopher Upton, 46, as the victim in that crash.
A report said Upton was driving a 2001 Nissan Frontier south on State Road 33 and Old Highway 33 when his car crossed the center line.
Upton's car hit another vehicle and he passed away from his injuries.
No charges were filed, and a drug and alcohol test was requested.
