State wild life agents say one black bear has died in the Sevier County fires.

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency said a wild life officer found the black bear Friday below the Park Vista Hotel.

The agency has also received a report of an orphaned cub, but has not located it.

Spokesman Matt Cameron said most bears appear to be unharmed and on the move to unburned areas.

Officials have confirmed 14 people died as a result of the fires. There have also been 176 injuries or illnesses.

Two juveniles have been charged with aggravated arson in connection with the fires. Authorities said additional charges could be added later.
