Tourist in Your Town: Getting muddy at Windrock Park

Rebecca Sweet shows off how to properly enjoy some of East Tennessee's most beaten paths at Windrock Park.

Looking for an adventure on the VERY beaten, muddy paths in East Tennessee? Look no further than Windrock Park!

WBIR 10News has been highlighting fun things to do as part of "Tourist in Tour Town" week on 10News Today. On Thursday, Rebecca Sweet got to try out some mudding

Windrock Park located just to the northwest of Knoxville in Oliver Springs. It's a quick trip, but you can expect a full day of fun!

Rebecca got to tour the park's extensive trails -- and things got pretty muddy to say the least.

Windrock Park features 73,000 acres of land and over 300 trails for ATVs, side by sides, jeeps, trucks, and dirt bikes.

In addition to the trails there's also a campground, hiking trails, shooting range, and remote control car park.

Rebecca says, "Make sure you wear clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty!"
