Knoxville,TENN. — Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients:
1 cup butter (2 sticks) I use salted
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
2-3 Tbl. Milk
Instructions:
Beat butter til creamy, add sugar ,vanilla and enough milk until you get the stiffness you like.
Frost cake or cupcakes
